Dumpster Rules for Service

  

  • All customers must have a card on file. We do not charge delivery fees, surcharges or environmental fees. We do require 3 months in advance (non refundable) for residential dumpsters and a 6 month minimum on site. We charge a $75.00 cancellation fee if you cancel within the first 6 months.
  • To help keep your space clean, we recommend trash be in bags.
  • Be sure dumpster is accessible on scheduled pickup days. We will not pickup if the dumpster is being blocked by cars or is blocked by snow. If you are unsure, please call or text us. 
  • Keep lids CLOSED, this helps reduce water build up and helps reduce freezing in the winter. 
  • Keep dumpster plowed/shoveled out during the winter. Clear snow off the lids.
  • Household trash only, we are not licensed for the removal of hazardous waste, such as older televisions and computer monitors, fluorescent lights, motor oil, paints or other such liquids. 
  • Safety first! We do not accept flammable liquids, hot coals or ashes, chemicals, batteries, or live ammunition. We take fire hazards seriously.
  • Know the limit! Dumpster are picked up either weekly, bi monthly, or monthly depending on your needs. Your dumpsters capacity is the limit and lids should be able to close and no trash should be stacked on top of or on the ground next to it. If you need to increase frequency of pickups, please call us.
  • Please note that yard waste cannot be disposed of with your weekly service.
  • Location, location, location! Dumpster should be placed on hard level surfaces. We are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, etc.
  • If access to your dumpster is locked with a personal lock, unlock it at the time of pickup or provide a key or code for the driver. 
  • If we are unable to service your container for any reason, please contact us to schedule another pickup. There will be a fee for a special pickup if we were unable to  service the account and are called back to dump out of rotation. If you need to change or cancel a scheduled pickup, please contact us 24 hours in advance.
